Shipping Policy for Duo Shades, Sheer Shades, Roller Shades, Sunscreens & Venetian Blinds

As a Canadian owned and operated company with our head office in Toronto, Canada, RoseWindowFashions.com offers door to door delivery everywhere in Canada and the Contiguous United States. Manufacturing time is typically under 2 weeks and shipping transit time depends on your location.

 

Shipping within Canada and to contiguous USA is FREE for all orders over CAD$300* no matter the size of the parcels!

 

*For orders CAD$300 and under the shopping cart will add a percentage of the order amount for shipping with a maximum of CAD$30 (see shopping cart for details), unless the following applies:

For very remote locations within Canada a beyond charge may apply. In these cases you will be contacted for approval prior to processing your order and your credit card will not be charged until we hear back from you.

For orders outside Canada and the Contiguous USA a shipping quote will be sent to you for approval prior to processing your order and your credit card will not be charged until we hear back from you.

 

Processing Time for Duo Shades, Sheer Shades, Roller Shades, Sunscreens & Venetian Blinds:

All orders are typically shipped within 2 weeks by regular air mail, expedited mail or by courier, depending on the size of the order and the destination. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number of the shipment.

 

All orders with destination within Canada will be charged appropiate GST / HST tax.

No tax will be charged on orders with destination outside Canada.

 

IMPORTANT! CHECK THE SHIPMENT UPON ARRIVAL!

Please do not accept the shipment if there is clear damage to the packaging and report any hidden shipping damage within 48 hrs. of receiving your Duo Shades, Zebra Shades, Sheer Shades, Roller Shades, Sunscreens or Venetian Blinds. We will do everything in our power to repair or replace any shipping damage at no cost to you.

Make sure you receive all boxes listed on the bill of lading given to you by the carrier before you sign! Once you sign that all boxes were received we can not honour any missing boxes claims. Should there be a missing box, there is no reason for panic. Simply write ‘missing box’ or ‘missing 2 boxes’ etc. where the carrier asks you to sign. It does happen on occasion that boxes get separated during shipping and they usually get delivered within a day or two.
